We work on a retained basis to manage the entire search process in order to source high-level talent for our clients. Each search is tailored to the business needs and role requirements. Our searches range from discreet and confidential to advertised search. No matter what the approach, we operate to a high-level, the best outcome and service to our clients is guaranteed.

During each search we will provide you with regular updates and full transparency. We will agree on the best methods to identify the talent our clients may not be able to reach. This can be a combination of research, networks and advertising.

All candidates are treated to a high-level experience, they will be provided briefing packs for the position and an outline of the process they will be engaging in. We will provide you with a shortlist of high-level qualified talent who have been meticulously assessed and are engaged in the search process.

You will receive reports and insights into each shortlisted candidate through our assessment process and we will have each candidate provide a self assessment as to why and how they fit the position to the highest level. Throughout the interview process we will manage everything for you and can be available to sit in on interviews should you require. We will provide all feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates and manage the offer process to secure the high-level talent you are looking for.

It doesn’t stop there, once we have placed your new high-level candidate we keep in touch to ensure that all is working well. We have absolute confidence in our search process and therefore we provide a six month guarantee on all candidates placed.
