All candidates are treated to a high-level experience, they will be provided briefing packs for the position and an outline of the process they will be engaging in. We will provide you with a shortlist of high-level qualified talent who have been meticulously assessed and are engaged in the search process.
You will receive reports and insights into each shortlisted candidate through our assessment process and we will have each candidate provide a self assessment as to why and how they fit the position to the highest level.
